聘用条件 Required qualification	1.年龄不超过45周岁； 2.英语水平流利； 3.在下述一个或多个领域中从事过博士研究：形式化方法专业，程序设计语言专业，自动控制专业，飞行控制专业，机器人专业。 1.No more than 35 years old. 2.A fluent level of English is mandatory. 3.PhD in Formal Methods; or Automation; or Flight Control; or Robotics
薪酬 Salary	1.全职博士后至少18万元/年；外籍博士后：3-5万美元； 2.学校提供博士后公寓； 3.优秀者可竞聘正式编制教职。 1.Full-time post doctoral: 180,000 RMB or more; Foreign postdoctor: US $30,000-50,000. 2.The post-doctoral apartments are provided； 3.Excellent candidates may compete for full clerical positions.
