Professor Zhifeng Zhu and his research group are currently working on the theory and modeling of emerging spintronics devices and circuits including MRAM, oscillator and bioinspired computing devices. We are seeking motivated researchers with physics/microelectronics background to work with us to explore this exciting area. 1. Independent research on theory or modeling of emerging spintronic devices or circuits;

2. Publish high quality research articles;

3. Lab assistant and student mentor.

1. Ph.D. degree in Engineering, Physics or related areas, within 35 years old;

2. Strong publication record in spintronics or magnetism area;

3. Good knowledge in physics or programming;

4. Good communication skills. Able to mentor graduate students;

5. Fluency in written and oral English.
